  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined after each addition. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes before mixing again.
  5. Gradually fold in the flour mixture using a rubber spatula until no dry flour remains.
  6. Gently mix in the white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese’s Pieces.
  7. Roll dough into balls about three tablespoons each and place on prepared baking sheets with enough space for spreading.
  8. Bake for approximately 11 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
