  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)
  • toasted baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Drain the feta cheese by breaking it into pieces and rinsing briefly under cold water in a fine mesh strainer. Let it drain well.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes. Warm over medium heat until simmering, then remove from heat and cool.
  3. In a food processor, blend the drained feta, lemon juice, and milk until resembling ricotta. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while processing until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, create a swirl on top, drizzle cooled hot honey over the dip, and garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.
