  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place naan on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan. Optionally add mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is melted (if using).
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
