  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 3 tbsp Truffle Butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 70 g Cheddar (grated)
  • 30 g + 1 tbsp Parmesan (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 30 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ tbsp Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of truffle butter. Add flour and whisk for about two minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Gradually add milk while whisking continuously until the sauce thickens.
  4. Stir in remaining cheddar until melted, then season with salt and pepper. Fold in cooked gnocchi to coat evenly.
  5. In a food processor, blend remaining truffle butter, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, and parsley for topping.
  6. Transfer gnocchi mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.
