  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, butter, oil, and eggs.
  3. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients to form dough.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about an hour or until doubled.
  6. Prepare filling by mixing sugar and cinnamon; toss with raspberries.
  7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread raspberry mixture over it.
  8. Roll tightly into a log shape and slice into equal pieces.
  9. Place in a greased baking pan; let rise again for 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
