  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 8 sweet Hawaiian slider buns
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if needed.
