  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa or taco sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Mexican blend)
  • Fresh toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, black olives

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread refried beans on the crust, top with salsa, cooked meat mixture, and sprinkle cheese evenly.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before adding fresh toppings.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.
