  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn for 10-12 minutes until tender and charred. Let cool.
  2. Remove kernels from corn using a sharp knife and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add diced cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl; mix well.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over the corn mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Adjust seasoning if necessary before garnishing with extra cilantro and chili powder.
