  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Optional: 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined. Fold in chopped strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
  4. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top if desired.
