  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam or puree

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract; mix well.

  4. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
