  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the cocoa powder until well combined; set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and frothy. Add the cooled butter/cocoa mixture along with vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before cutting.
  6. To decorate, pipe melted white chocolate onto cooled brownies in a spider web pattern.
