  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 lb Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Coarse Salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the brisket with olive oil and seasonings. Place on a baking sheet and cook for about 4 hours until tender. Shred the brisket.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded cheeses, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and the shredded brisket until well combined.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into squares. Fill each square with the cheese mixture, fold corners over to form balls, and pinch seams tightly.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
