- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare shrimp by peeling and deveining. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces and slice mushrooms.
