  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare shrimp by peeling and deveining. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces and slice mushrooms.
  2. In a mixing bowl, marinate shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger in the pan for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add marinated shrimp to the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
