  • 1 jar prepared Alfredo sauce (16.9 ounces)
  • 1 ¼ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 10 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup onions (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Blend roasted garlic and Alfredo sauce until smooth; set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink; remove from pot.
  3. Sauté onions in butter until translucent, then whisk in flour followed by chicken broth and half and half.
  4. Stir in the blended garlic mixture along with seasonings; simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add cooked chicken and noodles; stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
