  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded Gruyère or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roast the garlic by cutting the top off, drizzling with oil, wrapping in foil, and baking for about 30 minutes.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
