  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 ripe bananas (mashed, about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/22 cups chopped candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two loaf pans with baking spray.
  2. In an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Add granulated and brown sugar; mix on medium speed until fully combined.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until light in color.
  5. Gradually mix in self-rising flour alternately with Greek yogurt.
  6. Fold in mashed bananas and chopped candy gently by hand.
  7. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  8. Bake for about 35 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick and cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  9. Bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool in pans for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
