  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar. Beat until smooth.
  2. Prepare cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar and cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap the cling wrap around the mixture to form a ball shape and secure it with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  6. Once chilled, remove rubber bands and place a bell pepper stem on top before serving.
