  • 14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In two separate bowls, melt the white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Stir half of the sweetened condensed milk into each bowl until smooth.
  4. Add peppermint extract to the white chocolate mix and stir well.
  5. Layer half of the semi-sweet mixture in the pan, followed by half of the white mixture. Repeat this step and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  6. Top with crushed peppermint candies and optional red food coloring for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm, then cut into squares to serve.
