  • baby potatoes
  • olive oil
  • ranch seasoning mix
  • chicken broth
  • heavy cream
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then pat the beef chops dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides of the beef chops with salt and black pepper.
