  • 6 tablespoons vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4×6 inch rectangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas and combine with vegan Nutella until smooth.
  4. Place filling on one half of each pastry rectangle, fold over, and seal edges.
