  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the foil)
  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil (enough for 4 packets)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into four patties.
  2. Cut four pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12 inches each) and lightly grease the center with olive oil.
  3. Place one patty on each piece of foil. Top with sliced mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Fold the sides over the patties and seal tightly.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook packets on the grill for 15-20 minutes or bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Check doneness before serving; ensure internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (71°C).
