  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb beef sausage
  • 1 cup chopped turkey pepperoni
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (26-oz) jar tomato basil pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and beef sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in chopped turkey pepperoni, flour, and 3 tsp Italian seasoning until well combined.
  4. Add tomato basil pasta sauce; bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  5. Spoon meat mixture into the baking dish and top with 1½ cups mozzarella cheese.
  6. Unroll pizza dough over cheese layer and brush with olive oil; sprinkle with remaining Italian seasoning and top with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
