  • 2 ribs of celery, diced
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In the Instant Pot, brown ground beef and onions using the Saute function.
  2. Add carrots and celery; drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Pour in beef broth and add diced potatoes; mix well.
  4. Season with basil, oregano, garlic powder, steak seasoning, and black pepper.
  5. Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes; allow for natural release for 5 minutes.
  6. Whisk together milk and flour until smooth; stir in sour cream.
