  • 4 cups water or chicken broth

  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring water or chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and stir in the orzo pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

  3. Return the cooked orzo to the pot and mix in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
