  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add parmesan cheese, olive oil, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with space between pieces.
  5. Cook in a preheated air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, basting with remaining sauce halfway through.
  6. Garnish with minced parsley before serving.
