1.5 pounds sirloin steak
Salt & pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons butter (divided)
4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cutting it into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes in batches for about 2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to medium.
Reduce heat to medium-low, then add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not burnt.
