  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 yellow squashes

  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Trim the ends off the asparagus and slice the zucchinis and yellow squashes into half-moons. Mince the garlic cloves and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

  4. Add asparagus, zucchini, and yellow squash to the skillet. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
