  • 3/4 to 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce) pack chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, feta cheese, chopped onion, parsley, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut into squares or rectangles.
