  • 3 cups low-sodium beef stock
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  1. Prepare the creamy peppercorn sauce by melting butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and crushed peppercorns, cooking briefly until fragrant.
