- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 24 pieces Wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 stalks Green onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1/2 cup Water chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- as needed Cooking spray or oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, water chestnuts, and honey. Mix well.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin and press wonton wrappers into each cup shape.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into each wrapper until filled.
