  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the shrimp and crab mixture, roll them up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
