  • 2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups apple pie filling (cut into smaller pieces)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the slow cooker, followed by half of the apple pie filling.
  3. Add the remaining cinnamon roll pieces on top.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined, then pour over the layers in the slow cooker.
  5. Spoon the remaining apple pie filling on top and cover. Cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until set.
  6. Once cooked, spread icing from the cinnamon rolls on top and serve warm.
