  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for crisping)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Press wonton wrappers into a greased mini muffin tin and spray with olive oil or brush with melted butter. Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, imitation crab meat, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the seafood filling into each baked wonton cup and top with additional mozzarella if desired.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
