  • 1 pound thinly sliced steak (ribeye, flank, or sirloin)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (or your preferred cheese)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced peppers and onions; sauté until tender (5–7 minutes). Push veggies to one side.
  2. Add sliced steak; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned (4–5 minutes). Mix veggies back in and remove from heat.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat; place a slice of cheese in the center, followed by the steak and veggie mixture. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
  4. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat with butter or olive oil. Grill wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
