- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- Cut chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss chicken strips in the seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange seasoned chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- On each tortilla, layer spinach, mozzarella cheese, and cooked chicken. Roll tightly.
- Lightly spray the outside of the wraps with olive oil spray and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before slicing in half and serving.
