  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)

Instructions

  2. Stir in tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne pepper; cook for an additional minute.
  3. Sprinkle in flour to create a roux; stir continuously for about a minute.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth while stirring; let simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Reduce heat and mix in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and thyme; simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Gently fold in crab meat and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
