  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon bits (or omit for vegetarian)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and half the cheddar cheese until smooth.
  3. Place chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tender.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and turkey bacon bits.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot.
