  • 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 9 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 11 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, egg, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until combined. Pour over crust.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with sugars; mix in vanilla. Gradually add flour, egg, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon cookie dough over the cheesecake layer and bake for about 50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
