  • 2 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mix
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups white chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz jar vegan marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a 13×9 glass baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, kosher salt, cinnamon sugar mix, and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat while stirring until combined; bring to a rolling boil and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in white chocolate morsels, vegan marshmallow cream, and remaining cinnamon sugar mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until hardened.
  5. Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces or circles using a cookie cutter.
  6. For the drizzle, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and heavy cream; drizzle over cut fudge pieces.
