  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips gently and press the dough into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; let cool completely before adding toppings.
  6. Spread vegan marshmallow crème over the cooled cookie base.
