  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated onion, ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and egg. Mix until just combined.
