  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture until combined.
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers to cover the bottom. Spread half of the apple pie filling over the crackers, followed by half of the cream mixture. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, remaining apple filling, and cream mixture.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
