  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add the wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  7. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pan over low heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  8. Toss the hot wings with the garlic butter before serving.
