Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a gallon freezer bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Seal and shake to mix.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the bag, seal again, and shake until well coated. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley; whisk well.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
