  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • Avocado slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine drained chickpeas with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
