Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (boiled and shredded)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water and add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 25 minutes until fully cooked, then shred.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder over medium-low heat. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken, green onion, and 1 cup each of mozzarella and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly; broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to achieve a golden top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
