  • 16 oz Brussels Sprouts
  • 6 oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt (contains garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, and oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts by cutting off the bottom stem and halving each sprout.
  3. In a baking dish, melt butter and mix with olive oil; coat the bottom of the dish.
  4. Layer crumbled feta cheese over the butter mixture.
  5. Arrange Brussels sprouts cut side down on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over the sprouts and sprinkle seasoning salt.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown; let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
