  • 1 3/4 cups brown sugar, light or dark
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions
