  • 1/4 cup honey (for drizzling after baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until blended.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; avoid overmixing.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix chopped walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold nut mixture into the batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
