  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine drained spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well mixed.
  5. Assemble by spreading some meat sauce on the bottom of the baking pan, layering with cheesy spaghetti mixture followed by remaining meat sauce. Top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
